Eating healthy can have great choices
As we work to eat healthy and stay energized , there are many that are led to believe that the healthy choices taste bad. Well, a great meal with great flavor is acceptable to my healthy eating friends. Today I have chosen to make a tuna casserole with three cheeses adding carrots and peas which makes an acceptable vegetable dish with tuna, noodles and special ingredients. As we choose some summer dishes the full course meals may not be the healthiest but we can find simple meals that are fulfilling and healthy and yet not as harmful to the body and arteries or our energy. Many dishes with fruit and vegetables are not only healthy choices, but tasty choices for a good nutritious full meal. So go show someone you love them by cooking healthy meals full of love.
